I think that everyone who is looking for answers to their deepest questions would benefit from experiencing something like this at least once.

I decided to have a session spontaneously — everything came together at one point: my desire and inner need, the opportunity, which seemed to appear in response to my request, and information that had increasingly begun to catch my attention.

As a person who tends to analyze everything and is used to listening more to the “mind” than to my inner voice, I must say that I was sincerely surprised when one of the past incarnations I viewed turned out not to be something programmed by my own mind.

The thing is, I had previously been told more than once that one of my past incarnations was the life of a fisherman somewhere in Japan. And if that exact story had “surfaced” during Andrey’s session, I would have left the session feeling that “in a state of light hypnosis, I simply told a story I had already heard / known before and filled in the picture with my imagination.” In fact, that was roughly what I was prepared for.

Instead, a completely different story appeared to me, far from Japan, fishing nets, and so on. :) I could hardly have invented it at all. This gives me confidence in the correctness of what happened.

While viewing the past incarnation, I remained conscious and clearly understood what I was saying or feeling.

At the moment of contact with the Higher Self — the Universal Mind, Soul, God, let everyone choose the term closest to them — I felt as if a large warm palm had been placed on my head, and I fell into a deep, peaceful sleep. I was simply switched off for a while.

During that time, Andrey was communicating with something or someone that was beyond the control of the “mind” and not drowned out by the usual “white noise of thoughts.”

Now I am only listening to these dialogues in the recording and am amazed by the simplicity and depth of what I hear. I still have to fully comprehend the essence of it.

The entire session, from beginning to end, took place in a state that was comfortable for me, both physically and morally / emotionally. I think this was because Andrey is very tactful and sincerely interested in helping as gently and delicately as possible.

A month has passed since my session, and I am still in the process of realizing what I saw during it.

I tried to approach the session thoroughly: I listened to all the recordings posted in the group. This helped me understand the essence of the questions that can be asked, how the session physically takes place, and more.

After that, I contacted Andrey and asked when a session could be held... and was disappointed to learn that Andrey works in person. I want to share my experience. I became familiar with the works of Dolores Cannon and very much wanted to have a regression session specifically using this method. There are no such specialists in our region, and those who work via Skype did not inspire trust.

I contacted Vyacheslav Yashchenko. He is a great person; he shared his experience in mastering Dolores Cannon’s method, but he does not conduct sessions via Skype, and traveling to Moscow was not in my plans.

Life circumstances developed in such a way that I needed advice from Above, and this method provides reliable answers. So I decided to have a session via Skype.

I found out about regression completely by chance from a book by Lala Agni. From that moment on, this topic occupied all my thoughts and would not let me go.

That was when I began looking for a regression therapist for myself. And I think it was no coincidence that I came across you, Andrey.

I listened to many of your sessions on YouTube, and the first thing I noticed was the voice. I thought that with such a pleasant voice, I would be able to relax and immerse myself.

But since I live in Moscow, I needed to coordinate dates and plan it for my vacation. Then self-isolation disrupted all the plans. But this topic still did not let me go, and I think this was all not accidental.

Almost a year later, I finally got to the session. And I can say with certainty that these emotions are unlike anything I have ever experienced.

I want to leave a review about a regression session using the “Ray” method with Andrey on the topic of rejuvenation.

At the very beginning, with Andrey’s help, I discovered an Entity in my left shoulder blade that had been with me since a past life. We removed it with the help of the Ray and the Source.

Then I viewed my past life, and after that I went to the place where souls go after the death of the body.

There was a blindingly bright white light. It turned out to be my Higher Self.

I felt a huge surge of joy, and I became very hot.

My Higher Self told me that my heart had not been hurting because of COVID, but that the cause was the Entity I had picked up in a past life.

It was very interesting how my Higher Self worked with me on rejuvenating my body. There were vivid sensations in different parts of the body.

Immediately that same day, I felt that my heart had let go. Before that, it was as if something had been pressing on it; there had been tachycardia and arrhythmia. Now, even if my heartbeat becomes rapid, it is much less intense and much less frequent.

Pain appeared in my right knee. I thought maybe it was another Entity. But an answer came from the Higher Self that it was healing my ligaments, which I had strained on December 9 when there was ice and I fell, twisting my leg.

Then my left shoulder jerked, something cracked there, and it came through that my vertebrae had been put back into place.

Review from Mikhail after a joint immersion session with sleeper Svetlana Popova and regression therapist Andrey Kotelnikov:

Five days have passed since my meeting with my soul and with the Higher Self. I deliberately waited some time in order to exclude excessive emotions and describe the changes that occurred more or less objectively, rather than based on first impressions.

I will divide the review into 3 areas:

Impressions from the session itself

Physical changes in the body after the session

Spiritual changes, if I have chosen the right word

So, let’s begin.

I came to the session morally prepared in terms of what would happen, and I clearly understood for myself why I needed it.

The path to this was not simple and far from direct, and I got into regression and became interested in this process far from accidentally. As is known, there are no coincidences, especially not such ones.

The only thing was that I was very worried I would not be able to relax during the session and enter the state that is called intermediate between sleep and wakefulness. I do have problems with relaxation.

Beforehand, I tried to meditate and establish contact with my soul and Higher Self, but unfortunately, nothing — absolutely nothing — worked. I only felt strong pressure and pain in my chest. I even had doubts about whether this was given to me at all.

However, my desire was very great, and my faith that everything would work out did not leave me.

So, the session itself.

I had an enormous, incredibly enormous number of agreements with dark forces and entities. At the very beginning, I could not see or visualize anything; the sleeper Svetlana helped.

Freeing the Spark from the agreements was the most labor-intensive and not very pleasant moment. I was shaking, there was a terrible vibration throughout my body, and it felt as if I was not being allowed to do it. My body vibrated, and my heart was beating very strongly.

As soon as the Spark was freed from the agreements, the shaking and heartbeat stopped, as if they had been removed by hand.

Then the ability to see the remaining agreements immediately broke through, as well as which parts of the body they were located on. There were no free places on my body where there were no agreements.

For a long time, we worked carefully and painstakingly on breaking these agreements. At some point, I already wanted to shout, ENOUGH, I cannot continue this anymore, thinking that there would be no end to it. But I continued doing it. This was exactly why I had come to the session.

As I freed myself from agreements that were attached to one or another part of the body, I felt a burden falling away from me and lightness appearing in that part of the body. But naturally, at the time, I thought it only seemed that way to me. I cannot explain it from a scientific or technical point of view, with which I am so closely connected.

The episode shown from my past lives — not in a human body and definitely not on Earth — initially seemed to me to be a product of my imagination. Although what I saw was something I had never seen anywhere before and had never read about. I had not visualized that story before.

But at that moment in the session, I could not believe this was happening to me. At first, I was embarrassed to say what I was seeing, thinking that I would be considered a storyteller or inventor.

When I reached and saw my Higher Self, I was so glad and happy, and I did not doubt that it was it. During the session, I felt love, and that feeling became clear to me. Now that sensation has faded again; I simply remember that it was there.

When the Higher Self was answering the questions, I was standing nearby, slightly to the side, and the answers were so obvious to me that at that moment I did not understand why I was asking those questions at all.

But when the session ended and I looked at the questions again, the feeling of obviousness of the answers disappeared. Apparently, I had been in the state of the Higher Self; I had been connected to it at that moment. That is why the questions, whose answers seemed to me to lie on the surface, felt so unserious.

Physical changes in the body.

Oh, this is simply incredible. It is as if I am 20 years old. I felt it immediately after the session.

But there were doubts that it only seemed that way to me and that all these blocks and pains would soon return to the body. But no!

I was walking on Saturday — how my back works now! It feels weightless. And my shoulders and neck are so free. It feels as if I have taken off a backpack filled with stones and am simply floating.

Several times, I stopped and moved my back and shoulders, wondering: can they really move so freely? I do not feel weight; nothing interferes and nothing hurts.

This is simply a miracle!!! I still cannot believe it, but it is a fact!

And my legs — it feels as if magic shoes were put on my feet and they carry me forward by themselves. Incredible!

About spiritual changes.

I wrote earlier that I came into this story not by chance.

As for spirituality, as a person from an extremely material sphere — namely, I am a technical specialist, considered by others to be a fairly good organizer, I have an academic degree, and I work on the construction of a modern nuclear power plant — I felt that something was missing in my field. There was some emptiness that did not allow me, overall, to move toward the goal for which I came to this Earth.

I began to develop my spirituality — this has nothing to do with religion — and I followed my own path. I voluntarily went through trainings, read literature...

The next step, becoming acquainted with regression and reuniting with my Higher Self, gives me another, and most likely very significant, stage in my development. I feel that this is the right direction, one that needs to be comprehended.

Addition to the review one year after the session:

More than a year has passed since my first session.

Previously, it was impossible for me to live without headache pills. In fact, for a year now, I have not taken any pills and I feel wonderful.

Not only have the headaches gone, but the constant shoulder pain that had followed me since childhood has also disappeared.

In addition, I used to have terrible knee pain. At times, it was impossible to walk; the pain was hellish. I got rid of that pain too, and I consider this already a miracle.

Now I go to the gym, I move, and I remember the pains I used to have as something that happened not to me...

I lost 15 kg, despite having a relatively small build. I became slim. According to feedback from others, I began to look 10 years younger.

And these are only the physical changes!

I will not write about the changes in my inner world. I will only say that they are even more significant than what I described about the physical changes.
